About Your Host - Ken Freeman

Hello!

Your arrival at this website is most likely the result of your searching for something that interest you. A keyword exposed in a search engine, link from another website and/ or a referral of some type.

Regardless of how you got here, as an infopreneur I am humbled by your arrival and interest in the information we provide. This Web site has been created with one core principle in mind… which is “doing the right thing, the right way, for the right reason.”— This is my “3R’s Core Principle.”

As I continue to build this website this principle always drives my thinking and my focus remains set on the ultimate purpose which is to help folks find purpose.

My next basic motivator is to explore and demonstrate what I call “Paradigm Modeling”. Paradigm is a term use more as a substitute or interpretation for the term “vision”. And while “Modeling” is nothing new and has been a source for many years for those whom wish to envision the development of something… to use the two together as “Paradigm Modeling” is a little more contemporary, modern term and I think maybe a totally new term.

“Paradigm” makes the process of “Creative Imagination” more specific and “Modeling” brings more reality to it. As a result I came up with the term “Simplicity Insight” which is my way of identifying the two as one and it encourages “Creative Imagination and Paradigm Modeling” as the way to see ourselves in a future state.

Many authors encourage the use of visualization as way to see a future state and this has been a driving force as a motivational process for many people.

Authors such as Dale Carnegie(How to Win Friends and Influence People), Napoleon Hill (Think And Grow Rich), Earl Knightingale (We become What We Think About), Paul J. Myers (Success Motivation Institute-We Are Conditioned People) and Stephen R. Covey’s (7 Habits, The 8th Habit, Principle Center Leadership, First Things First) are to name a few.

You may be saying, so what is the point already? The point is that we need to have a better understanding of the very concept of how it is we should have “Creative Imagination”—it is my belief we have to make the process more simplistic and insightful.

Not to take away from the previous mention great authors, but to build on each concept, I believe we need a new way of thinking in order to see things from a perspective of “purpose” and knowing that accomplishing “simplicity on the far side of complexity” is the best way to see and have “Creative Imagination” within a “Culture of Interdependence Fixated on that Purpose.”

Thus the focus of this Web site is to promote this concept in order that we may accomplishment what it is we want to do. So as you explore this online culture your awareness of the following primary pathways for the accomplishment of that purpose will become more evident:

v Simplicity Theory and Reality

v Natural Laws of Simplicity

v Hierarchy of Needs Simplicity

v Total Person Simplicity

v Clock and The Compass Simplicity

v The Simplicity of A “Culture of Interdependence Fixated on Purpose”

v Online/Offline Ventures and Marketing Simplicity

Now that you have read what my purpose is—who am I anyway? I am just another person like you… an infopreneur, which accumulates knowledge, for principle centered thinking processes. I live in the “Mid Atlantic” section of the US with my wife and two daughters.

My wife Jennifer is one of the greatest and smartest advocates for the education people that I know! Her main focus right now is working as a “Transformation Coach” for the Department of Education within the state where we live. She and I spend many hours discussing and exploring the concepts about purpose in relationship to her work, in turn helps us define the culture development of this Web site.

Our mission is to discover ways to get low performing schools to turn around, and become schools which create cultures were the students can meet and exceed an expected mastery of learning. We plan to publish much of these findings and discoveries on this Web site.

My career experience has been a store retailer, restaurant accounting, retail/mortgage banking, insurance, self-employment, state government work and community development work. While I have a BS in Business Management, I also have what I think is an “unofficial MBA” because of my many diverse experiences... all have been by choice and my endless pursuit to experience these ventures have taught me much about human nature, natural laws and principles.

As a result, my primary passion in life is to find ways for people to be interdependent with one another and to create “Cultures of that Interdependence Fixated on Purpose.” My purpose is to share those experiences with you on this Web site and how I can apply that learning to pursue “Simplicity Insight on the Far Side of Complexity!”

Jennifer actually came up with the term “Culture of Interdependence Fixated on Learning” after she and I had many discussions about strategy to turn those low performing schools around. I adopted the concept to use on this Web site as “Culture of Interdependence Fixated on Purpose” and I applied it to a model I was already working on at the time, called “The 3rd Pillar”. Like things do, it followed an evolutionary path into what we now call our "Core Model”… more about this matter later when I publish and offer the “Core Model” on this Web site as an e-workbook … and as this sites “Model”.

We have two very beautiful daughters Jenna and Kristen in their twenties who by choice continue to live at home with us. Jenna works for a local University and Kristen attends the same university as a student. Jenna is pursuing her MBA and Kristen is an Exercise Science Major, her passion is cheerleading and I think her goal in life is to be the best cheerleader and cheerleader instructor she can be. She is a cheerleader coach at a local high school and has been a cheerleader for the last thirteen years at school, college and competitive independent teams.

Using the principles and concept that you will find on this Web site we are also in the process designing a blue print for a Cheerleader Web site which Kristen will use to pursue and promote her cheerleader passion. Jenna plans to use this project as part of her MBA studies as a start-up business leadership development project. Jennifer and I will contribute leadership principles and tactics to the project as well. This is a “Culture of Interdependence Fixated on Purpose” project in the making—you should keep checking us out as the plan develops and becomes a reality project.

The project will initially be published on this Web site as it develops… stay in touch and we will keep you informed via Twitter, Facebook, e-mail!

In closing, our official Web site quote as you may have seen on the home page is…

“I would not give a fig for simplicity on this side of complexity; but I would give my right arm for simplicity on the far side of complexity!”

- Oliver Wendell Holmes
